We carry out the galvanizing process in the manual version and we have a modern galvanizing line.
The galvanizing offer includes:
– galvanizing in low-acid baths in drums
– galvanizing in alkaline baths in drums and on hangers
We make coatings with passivation:
– white / blue containing Cr3+
-yellow
-green
– thick coating yellow passivation based on Cr3+
In addition, we have organic sealants extending the corrosion resistance of details in the salt chamber by up to 200 hours. Sealants are suitable for paint coatings.
We carry out the galvanizing process in accordance with PN-EN ISO 2081: 2008.
Type and appearance of the chromate coating:
A- colorless-transparent with a shade to blue
B- Bright, transparent, slightly opalescent
C- iridescent, yellow
D-matt, olive green
F- black
Processing types:
T1- application of paints, varnishes, powder coatings
T2- use of organic or inorganic sealants
T3- application of organic dyes
T4- use of lubricants or oils
T5- use of waxes
